Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all our orders within 48 hours. 

We use Evri as our main courier, who aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from this delay.

If you experience a delay or issue with your delivery, please email orders@lifeandwine.co.uk for assistance in resolving the problem.

Refunds / Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and still in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be required to post the order back to our store. We do not pay the postage costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
