These pickles are a take on the classic American style garlic and dill kosher pickle. The party trick is blasting herbs and spices with ultrasound to make the brine. Yes, it’s a little bit nerdy. But it helps Pickle Project smash out the flavour and extract the deliciousness from a mix of herbs and spices. The result? Complex and incredibly drinkable pickle brine – without loads of random seeds and twigs floating in the jar!
No artificial flavours or preservatives. Produced in small batches. Each jar is handmade in North London.
